IMPORTANT: YOU MUST COMPLETE EVERY STEP OF THE ONBOARDING PROCESS. FAILURE IN COMPLETING THE PROCESS CORRECTLY WILL RESULT IN DELAYED ACCESS TO YOUR COURSE AND COACH.

1. Payment Plan: Students on a Payment Plan must pay their payments on time. If a payment has failed then you will have 48 hrs to make a payment. Missed payments will result in you receiving a temporary ban from the program until a payment has been made. If your payment fails then your CSM (Kim Kenny) will reach out to you via slack to provide you with the 48 hr notice along with provide you with the option to update your card info if necessary.
2. Coaching Assistance: If you need help/coaching then reach out to your designated coach directly via slack. We have multiple ways to communicate with you, but if you never ask for help we will never know you need help.
3. Program Graduation Timeline: The program features are only accessible during the VIP Trading Program. This means that once the 10-week duration for 1 on 1 coaching (or 5 week group coaching) has been satisfied then you will be a graduate of the program and your access will be revoked from coaching and slack.
